Can Herbal Elle Resources wholesale orders be shipped to all 50 states?

Herbal Elle Resources products can be shipped to any state where the sale of such products is legal. Herbal Elle Resources does not and shall not guarantee or otherwise represent that its products are legal in your state or territory. It is up to you, independent of any effort undertaken by Herbal Elle Resources and its parent company, to determine the legality of Herbal Elle’s products in your state.

Are there Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ’s)?

Yes. MOQ’s are 3 pieces per SKU (Stock Keeping Unit). Currently we have four SKU’s, which means that any order will have a minimum of 12 items.

We reserve the right to increase or decrease MOQ’s at our discretion.

Can Herbal Elle Resources products be shipped outside the U.S.?

We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, or any United States territories outside of the continental area.

Can Herbal Elle products be shipped to a PO Box?  

Wholesale orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, but we are happy to accommodate shipping to the address of your choice.

Can Herbal Elle products be shipped to military bases?

Currently Herbal Elle products do not ship to military bases.

How can I track my wholesale order?

Upon confirmation of your wholesale order, the shipping method will be determined. You may use your own shipping account, or we can select a method for you and bill accordingly. Once it is shipped, you can track via your account, or we will provide the necessary tracking information.

How long does it take to process my wholesale order?

Your order will ship within 2-5 business days. If there is any reason the order cannot ship within that timeframe, we will contact you ASAP to review.

When is payment due?

All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

What about wholesale returns?

We want you to be happy and customer service is how we do that.  Make sure to carefully check your order upon receipt for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damage has occurred, please email wholesale@herbalelle.com and include pictures and the order number. Purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. All refunds or exchanges are subject to review and are provided our discretion. Returned products must be unopened and unused.

How much time do I have to make a return claim?

If your claim is due to product damage from shipping, please make that return claim within three days of receiving your wholesale order. Remember to provide photos and details of product damage in support of your claim. You have up to 30 days to make a return claim if you’re unsatisfied with your wholesale order. Email wholesale@herbalelle.com to start the process.

How do I return my wholesale order?

Returns of wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. After receiving your return details, a determination will be made to see if the shipment is eligible to receive a return label.

Instructions for return will be provided at that time.

What about refunds?

Herbal Elle wholesalers enjoy a 30-day money-back guarantee from the initial order date and you can receive a refund within those 30 days on unopened, unused products.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Depending on your banking institution, it’s possible the return can take three to five business days once we have processed it.

How is my refund issued?

Your refund is sissed based on your original form of payment.
